GATE VALVE

1.5” Two ways valve, continuously trimmable positions electromechanically operated with internal closed loop position control. Accuracy position ± 2°
Valve operated via DC Brushless motor, electronic circuitry and cinematic chain.
The Gate Valve is made up of an Electromechanical Servo-Actuator which acts on the flabellum that provide opening or partially closing of the valve to control the flow coming from the pre-cooled bleed air at the outlet of the aircraft pressure regulator.
The valve guarantees a minimum flow even on closed position.
The main parts of the entire valve are made using Aluminium Alloy to withstand the high temperature (max 230 °C) of the operating fluid.
